Chat is an optional service configured for your needs. EAWF will agree the features, access permissions, message retention, encryption options, and any additional costs with you before setup.

One straightforward managed VPS hosting plan

$500 per year

Hosted on Talon. Setup and configuration are included, together with website hosting, email, and personal support from EAWF.

Email capacity is subject to VPS resources and case-by-case review. Mailbox reselling requires review.

You run your business. We manage the server.

You don't need to become a server administrator to have your own website. EAWF handles the server setup, maintenance, and technical details so you can focus on what you do best: running your business.

Need a hand? We maintain a support desk so you have somewhere to turn when you need help.

• Server setup and configuration. Configure the operating system and the web, database, and email services your agreed setup needs.
• Updates and security patches. Maintain the operating system and EAWF-managed server software, with maintenance planned to limit disruption.
• Service and resource monitoring. Watch service availability and server resource usage, investigate problems, and review capacity as your needs change.
• Security administration. Maintain firewall rules, service access, and server permissions, and investigate suspected server security problems.
• HTTPS certificates. Configure and maintain certificates for the websites covered by your hosting agreement.
• DNS and email administration. Configure domain records, mailboxes, forwarders, webmail, and spam and virus filtering.
• Backup and recovery management. Set up the agreed backup arrangements and assist with recovery from available backups. Backup scope, schedule, retention, and restoration responsibilities are defined in your agreement.
• Hosting troubleshooting. Get help through support tickets with server, website availability, and email service problems.

You remain responsible for your content and authorized account use. Website design, custom programming, customer-installed application maintenance, and migration work are scoped separately when needed. Specific resources, monitoring coverage, and support arrangements are confirmed in your agreement.

Domain names and renewals

One domain name is included in the $500/year plan. Additional domain names are forwarders to your main website, at $40 per name per year including registration and renewal. Separate website hosting is not included for those names.

Your development subdomain is included at no additional charge. Separate internal servers or other additional services can be discussed and quoted according to your needs.

EAWF issues a printed domain-renewal invoice 30 days before expiration. EAWF makes the payments to Namecheap after receiving your payment.

Getting started

Tell EAWF about your website and email needs. Every new hosting account requires EAWF approval.

Submit your hosting request using the form above. A customer website editor is planned. You will be able to edit and deploy to your development site; publication requires Mercer code/content review against the Acceptable Use Policy and Bob's final approval.

Specific VPS resources, domain arrangements, backup services, and service responsibilities will be defined in your accepted agreement.
