Our agreement with you

These Terms define the responsibilities of EAWF and its customers. Accepted quotes and agreements specify each transaction. Mandatory legal rights remain in effect.

1. Scope and agreement

These Terms apply exclusively to EAWF.com, its accounts, and products or services supplied by EAWF. Product orders and service engagements require acceptance of their specific terms. Account creation and purchases must present the applicable terms for affirmative acceptance; merely displaying these Terms does not establish that implementation.

A written quote, order, or service agreement accepted by both parties defines the particular transaction. Its expressly agreed transaction-specific provisions control over conflicting general provisions, subject to applicable law and EAWF's Privacy Policy. Changes to the website do not silently amend an existing contract.

2. Public access and accounts

People of all ages may browse public content. Account holders and persons entering contracts with EAWF must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the agreement. Anyone acting for an organization must have authority to bind it.

Account holders must provide accurate information specifically required for their service, protect credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access to support@eawf.com. Do not disclose passwords, recovery codes, or wallet secrets to EAWF support. Account access does not confer ownership of EAWF systems or permission to access another account.

3. Products, services and agreed scope

The accepted quote, order, or service agreement must describe deliverables, price, responsibilities, relevant deadlines, payment terms, and any applicable warranty or support commitment. Changes to scope or price require agreement before additional work is charged. Educational content is information, not a promise of financial results or a guarantee that a particular technology or investment will succeed.

Deliverables, acceptance criteria, warranties, and service commitments are defined by the quote or agreement accepted by both parties before the transaction. Mandatory legal protections remain applicable.

4. Prices, invoices and payment methods

Accepted payment methods are Bitcoin denominated in satoshis and U.S. dollar cash. The accepted transaction must state its price, payment method, due date, applicable taxes and disclosed charges. EAWF does not receive customer funds for onward transmission, maintain custodial customer balances, operate a currency exchange, or request customer wallet private keys.

Payment for ordinary products and services is due cash on delivery unless the accepted quote or agreement states otherwise. Monthly and annual hosting are prepaid under the hosting-specific provisions below.

For Bitcoin, the transaction must identify the payment destination, required integer satoshi amount, expiry if any, recorded Bitstamp BTC/USD reference price and timestamp, and settlement requirements. A failed, pending, expired, or incorrectly directed payment is not automatically proof of settlement. EAWF must verify payment before recording it as complete and handle discrepancies through support.

Bitcoin refund amounts are calculated and issued in satoshis and may not exceed the satoshis originally received for the refunded transaction, except where applicable law requires otherwise. A change in Bitcoin/USD value does not entitle the customer to additional satoshis. The refundable portion remains governed by the transaction's cancellation/refund policy.

Cash payments are recorded in USD against the invoice and are complete only after authorized EAWF confirmation and receipt issuance. EAWF may automate payments of its own obligations using its own funds; this does not authorize access to customer wallets.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Send cancellation, return, or refund requests to support@eawf.com. The terms applicable to the specific product or engagement must be disclosed before acceptance, including any cancellation deadline, charges for work already performed, treatment of deposits, eligibility for returns, and refund method. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory right to cancel, return goods, obtain a refund, or pursue a remedy under applicable law.

Any approved Bitcoin refund must state its satoshi amount and be verified against an authorized destination, subject to the original-satoshi ceiling and applicable legal exceptions.

Approved cancellation and refund policy for ordinary products and services:

Mandatory legal rights prevail.

  • Cancel before work begins or an order ships without an EAWF cancellation fee; return any payment received for the canceled transaction.
  • Once work begins, charge only for authorized work actually performed and reasonable, disclosed, nonrecoverable third-party costs already committed. Refund the unearned balance; provide an itemized explanation.
  • Accept ordinary product return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged goods with supplied components. Disclose any exceptions for custom goods or digital deliverables before acceptance. Return-shipping responsibilities must be specified; EAWF covers reasonable return costs for its own error or defective goods where required.
  • For defective products or services that fail the accepted agreement, provide the agreed remedy and applicable legal remedies. First offer correction or replacement where appropriate; if unresolved, provide the refund or other remedy owed. Completed satisfactory work is not refunded merely because a customer changes their mind, subject to mandatory cancellation rights.
  • Acknowledge refund requests within five business days and issue an approved refund within ten business days, unless a shorter legal deadline applies. Actual settlement time depends on the payment method.
  • State the refund currency or satoshi amount, and any approved fee treatment before payment. Do not impose an undisclosed restocking, processing or cancellation fee.

5A. Hosting applications, prepaid service and cancellation

Every prospective hosting customer must apply and obtain EAWF's express approval before hosting is activated. Information must be sufficient to identify the applicant and understand the proposed website. Pending application information may be updated, subject to review and any security hold. Approval is not automatic. Customers must accept the current Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy; EAWF records accepted versions, timestamps and customer identity.

Customers must publish and maintain a publicly accessible privacy policy appropriate to their website's actual data practices. A privacy-policy URL is required before public launch. Customers are responsible for the policy's accuracy and legal compliance.

Hosting is offered on monthly or annual prepaid terms. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. This hosting-specific rule controls over the general COD provision for other products/services. Hosting plans, prices and limits are specified in the accepted quote or agreement. A separate Hosting page will provide the approved catalogue when available; these Terms do not establish plan prices or numerical limits. Changes remain subject to law and existing agreements. Any change affecting existing customer billing requires at least 60 calendar days notice before the first affected invoice; EAWF records when/how notice was sent and must not apply the amount early.

For unpaid hosting, the schedule runs from the original payment due date: payment due on day 0; overdue reminder on day 3; suspension on day 7; termination on day 30; and deletion of terminated hosting data on day 60, subject to retention obligations and required export verification. The termination clock does not restart on suspension. Suspension does not automatically delete website files or mailboxes. Available backup downloads remain accessible to authenticated, authorized customers during the applicable window.

A customer may request immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the current prepaid period. EAWF verifies identity and requires explicit confirmation after displaying the effective date, refund policy, retention period and backup-download instructions. Future renewals stop when cancellation is confirmed.

Unused prepaid hosting time is not refunded on voluntary cancellation except where required by law. This must be disclosed before purchase. It does not waive remedies for EAWF's breach, nonperformance, defective services or mandatory legal rights. Refund treatment for other products/services remains separately specified in the accepted transaction.

EAWF offers a separate IMAP email export before hosting termination. It is prepared when requested and authorized, delivered electronically, and kept separate from website archives. A requested export must be verified before the associated mailbox is deleted. This does not authorize retaining a mailbox indefinitely without a defined resolution and retention process.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities without permission, steal credentials, introduce malware, interfere with availability, commit fraud, or use EAWF systems unlawfully. Do not submit content or instructions that violate another person's rights. Security testing requires EAWF's prior authorization defining its scope.

EAWF may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect systems, or comply with law. Restrictions must be proportionate to the issue. Service-specific suspension or termination obligations remain subject to the accepted agreement and applicable law.

Adult and Sexually Explicit Content

EAWF does not provide hosting services for websites whose primary purpose is pornography or the distribution of sexually explicit material.

EAWF does not otherwise impose a general family-friendly content standard. Lawful mature discussions, artistic expression, controversial viewpoints, and other non-explicit content are permitted, subject to EAWF's Acceptable Use Policy.

EAWF reserves the right to decline or discontinue hosting for websites that violate this restriction, with reasonable notice when practicable.

7. Content and intellectual property

EAWF retains rights it owns in website content and software. Viewing content does not grant permission to redistribute, sell, or exploit it, except as permitted by its stated license or applicable law. Rights in commissioned work, supplied materials, and deliverables must be specified in the accepted agreement. These Terms do not grant EAWF a general license to exploit a user's personal information or unrelated materials.

7A. Website backups, source code and cancellation

EAWF provides website backups electronically through secure, authenticated downloadable archives, without an additional backup-download charge. A website archive is a static representation of approved publicly accessible content, including rendered HTML, CSS, client-side JavaScript, images, and public documents/assets.

The general website archive does not include PHP source code, server-side programming, proprietary software, internal configuration, credentials, or EAWF's underlying application frameworks. Payment for design, development or programming does not transfer ownership of EAWF's underlying source code or software unless a separate written contract expressly provides otherwise. A separately negotiated written agreement concerning source-code ownership or delivery takes precedence, subject to applicable law; any source delivery follows a separate agreed process.

Static website archives do not guarantee reproduction of server-side functionality, databases, authentication, or dynamic application features dependent on hosting infrastructure.

Each independently generated archive permits three successful downloads, as a maximum entitlement subject to expiration. A download is successful when the server completes transmission of the entire archive without detecting a transfer error. The server cannot verify whether the recipient saves the file. Active transfers atomically reserve available download slots to prevent concurrent overuse. Abandoned reservations expire. HTTP Range requests and resumed partial responses must not be counted individually as completed archive downloads. Failed, interrupted or disconnected transfers release their reserved slots and do not count as successful downloads. Completed transfers are logged; an authorized EAWF administrator may reset the counter. A reset does not automatically extend archive availability.

On cancellation, EAWF makes the final website snapshot available for 30 calendar days following the effective cancellation date, subject to the download limit. The customer is responsible for downloading and preserving their copy before expiration. Temporary archives expire at the end of that period and are deleted under the retention policy, subject to applicable legal holds.

EAWF offers an IMAP email export before hosting termination. When requested and authorized, it is prepared as a separate electronic archive accessible only to verified, authorized account holders. Email is never combined with the website snapshot. A requested export must be verified before deleting its mailbox.

EAWF provides no physical backup media, DVDs, or postal backup delivery. No media, shipping or separate backup-download fee applies. Outstanding hosting balances are handled separately from retrieval of available approved customer-facing content, subject to the accepted hosting agreement and applicable law.

8. Privacy, security and account closure

EAWF's Privacy Policy governs personal information. Collection must be limited to a necessary, defined purpose. Requests for access, correction, or deletion go to support@eawf.com. Account deactivation is not deletion.

Required accounting records and narrowly applicable incident or legal holds can survive account closure under the Privacy Policy's retention rules. A lawful preservation obligation can suspend deletion of covered records. Account closure does not automatically cancel a separately agreed service or erase an outstanding contractual obligation; cancellation must follow the applicable agreement and mandatory law.

8A. Final exports, hosting retention and reactivation

Before hosting termination, EAWF must generate and verify the final website snapshot, offer a separate IMAP export, prepare and verify requested email exports, establish authenticated download access, and notify the customer. Hosting data must never be deleted before the required backup preparation is complete.

Final downloads and temporary archives remain available for 30 calendar days following effective termination, subject to the successful-download limit. Hosting website/email data is deleted after that period, subject to applicable legal retention obligations and verified requested exports. Billing records, accepted contractual versions and necessary audit evidence follow their own retention rules; they are not automatically deleted with hosting data. Hosting termination is distinct from deletion of an EAWF login account, and authenticated export access must be preserved through an approved identity process.

Former customers may request reactivation. It requires EAWF administrator approval; receipt of payment does not automatically restore a terminated account. After the retention window, restoration of deleted website or email data is not guaranteed. Historical disaster-recovery sets follow the existing rotation and need not be rewritten solely on termination unless law requires it. Restored data must be reconciled with current termination/deletion records before any service access; no automatic reactivation or republication is permitted.

8B. Hosting responsibilities and service boundaries

Customer responsibilities. Customers must maintain necessary account/contact and domain information, have rights to supplied material, protect their credentials, comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, and respond to reasonable service/security notices. EAWF must not collect information beyond the defined service need.

Domains. Ownership, registration, renewal responsibility, registration charges, transfer procedures and any EAWF administrative role must be stated in the accepted agreement. These Terms do not transfer domain ownership or authorize an unrequested registration/transfer.

Availability and maintenance. Service commitments and scheduled maintenance arrangements are stated in the accepted agreement. EAWF gives reasonable maintenance notice when practicable; urgent security or failure response may require prompt action.

Resources. Storage, traffic, mailbox, processing and other reasonable service limits must be disclosed and accepted for the selected plan. EAWF may address abuse or activity impairing service, with proportionate action and notice when practicable.

Email. Spam, unauthorized bulk mail, phishing and other prohibited mail activity are not allowed. Routing, mailbox services, quotas and support must be described in the agreement. Requested IMAP exports remain subject to ownership verification and secure separate delivery.

Copyright complaints. Send an infringement complaint to support@eawf.com with sufficient information to identify the claimed work, the allegedly infringing material and authority to report it. Do not submit unnecessary personal information. EAWF reviews credible reports and applicable obligations.

Enforcement. EAWF may warn, request correction, restrict, suspend or terminate for credible policy or legal/security risks. Serious illegal activity or threats to infrastructure may justify immediate suspension. Actions must be logged and remain subject to administrative review. This does not permit automatic file/mailbox deletion or bypass export/retention duties.

8C. Records retention

Terminated hosting website files, IMAP mailboxes, final website/email exports and download access are retained for 30 calendar days after effective termination, subject to legal obligations and required export verification. Download access expires then even if fewer than three successful transfers occurred. Customers must retrieve and preserve their own copies before the deadline.

Invoices and payment records are retained for seven years. Agreements and accepted Terms are retained for seven years after termination. Rejected applications are retained for one year after rejection; support tickets for three years after closure (not while open); security/access logs for 90 days; and backup-download audit records for one year. Privacy-related records follow applicable law and documented necessary purposes. Routine DR backups retain their existing rotation. These approved rules supersede inconsistent earlier draft periods.

Scoped legal holds record reason, authorization and release, override ordinary deletion, and require reassessment on release. Expired data deletion must respect active records and export preparation, be repeatable, log date/category/result, and report failures. Longer-lived business records are separate from 30-day hosting deletion.

9. Availability, warranties and responsibility

EAWF must describe agreed service levels and warranties accurately. No claim of uninterrupted availability, absolute security, or guaranteed financial outcome is made. EAWF makes reasonable efforts to correct problems directly caused by its own work, systems or authorized changes, within its control, without additional corrective labor charges. Customers remain responsible for their own actions/software/content/configurations and outside services, subject to EAWF fault and mandatory legal rights. Any billable assistance must be disclosed and authorized before work begins. Product-specific warranties and service commitments belong in the accepted transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or waives nonwaivable consumer rights.

No general customer indemnity obligation is imposed by these Terms.

10. Disputes and governing law

Contact support@eawf.com with a description of the issue and the relevant order or invoice reference. Provide only information necessary to investigate it. EAWF and the customer should first seek a practical resolution without prejudice to legal rights or applicable deadlines.

California law governs these Terms, subject to applicable mandatory protections and rules on governing law. Disputes are to be brought in a California court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any venue or forum rights that cannot lawfully be waived. No compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed.

11. Changes and contact

EAWF will identify revisions by document version and effective date. Material changes affecting an ongoing agreement require the notice and acceptance required by that agreement and applicable law. Updated website terms do not retroactively change a completed transaction.

For questions about these Terms, contact EAWF at support@eawf.com.

Acceptable Use Policy: 1. Scope and lawful expression

This policy governs use of EAWF services. EAWF supports lawful expression and does not impose a general PG or family-friendly requirement on hosted content. Lawful political, religious, artistic, educational, commercial, controversial and mature subjects are permitted, subject to the restrictions below.

Acceptable Use Policy: 2. Adult and sexually explicit content

EAWF does not provide hosting for websites whose primary purpose is pornography or distribution of sexually explicit material. Mature or controversial subject matter alone is not grounds for automatic rejection. Questionable applications are referred for administrator assessment of context and primary purpose.

Acceptable Use Policy: 3. Prohibited activities

The following activities are prohibited:

Security testing requires prior EAWF authorization defining its scope. Customers must not access accounts or systems without permission or interfere with service security.

  • Child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, or facilitating either.
  • Fraud, phishing, identity theft, or unlawful impersonation.
  • Malware, ransomware, botnets, or unauthorized network attacks.
  • Spam or unauthorized bulk email.
  • Illegal transactions or services.
  • Unlawful threats or harassment.
  • Intellectual-property infringement.
  • Unlawful disclosure of private information.
  • Activities that jeopardize infrastructure, network reputation or the security and availability of EAWF services.
  • Content or conduct prohibited by applicable law or EAWF's upstream providers.

Acceptable Use Policy: 4. Customer obligations

Customers must provide application information necessary to identify the applicant and proposed site, keep it accurate, accept the current Terms and this policy, and maintain a publicly accessible privacy policy reflecting actual website practices. EAWF records document versions, acceptance time and customer identity. Hosting approval is never automatic.

Acceptable Use Policy: 5. Review and enforcement

EAWF may decline an application or restrict, suspend or discontinue service for a policy violation or a material legal, security, spam, infrastructure or provider risk. Reasonable notice is provided when practicable. Urgent action may be necessary to contain harm or comply with law. Human review evaluates questionable content; automated signals do not determine subjective merit or establish wrongdoing.

Suspension must not automatically delete website files or mailboxes. Cancellation, billing, available backup access and retention are governed by the Terms and applicable law. Report suspected violations or request review through support@eawf.com, providing only information necessary for assessment.

Acceptable Use Policy: 6. Changes

EAWF identifies policy revisions by version and effective date. Material changes affecting existing agreements require appropriate notice and any acceptance required by law or the agreement. Mandatory legal rights are preserved.
